USUI REIKI COURSES

Usui Reiki is the original classic Reiki taught by Dr. Mikao Usui. It includes 3 levels and a Master / Teacher level.

Course material is provided and a certificate for each level achieved.

USUI REIKI LEVEL 1 is a one day intensive training session that includes the attunement for the symbol Cho-Ku-Rei.  This level is the foundation of your Reiki force and transformation.

1 hour Free Reiki Treatment session is provided during the session or any time after the Reiki course. This level includes the follow lessons and techniques that are unique to classic Reiki:

• The history of Usui Reiki
• The five layers (bodies) of a human being
• The specifics of Reiki energy (in detail)
• The effects of Reiki energy treatment
• The Reiki hand positions on self and others
• How to give a complete Reiki treatment for self, others, animals and plants
• Japanese Reiki Techniques taught by Dr. Usui including: Gassho meditation, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed
• The hygiene and the energy cleaning (protection) of the hands

During the training session we will discuss experiences and practice giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the Reiki hand positions.  We will practice and discuss the importance of self treatment and practice using the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.  Continuing to practice self treatment after completing level one is important to refine your experience and practice.

USUI REIKI LEVEL 2 is a one day intensive training session that includes the attunement for the symbol Sei-he-ki and Hon-sha-ze-sho-nen. This level includes the follow lessons and techniques that are unique to classic Reiki:

• The difference between Reiki Level 2 and the Reiki level 1
• Three Reiki symbols: Cho-Ku-Rei, Sei-he-ki and Hon-sha-ze-sho-nen
• Describing in detail the specifics of Reiki Level 2 energy
• The effects of Reiki Level 2 energy treatment
• How to give a complete Reiki treatment on others with a focus on healing
• How to perform distant healing
• Japanese Reiki Techniques taught by Dr. Usui including: Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki, Kenyoku - clearing ones energy field, Jacki-kiri Joka-ho - clearing negative energy.

This level is very important in the Reiki practitioners training.  As you continue to embrace Reiki into your life, your appreciation and awareness of your inner abilities and healing power become your reality.  We will practice and discuss the giving and receiving of a complete Reiki treatment using all the level 2 symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.

USUI REIKI LEVEL 3 is a one day intensive training session that includes the attunement for the symbol Dai-ko-myo.  This level includes the follow lessons and techniques that are unique to classic Reiki:

• The Reiki Level 3 attunement which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and the technique to do Reiki using your mind
• The Dai-ko-myo symbol which combines Reiki 2 symbols and can be used for spiritual healing
• Fukushiki Kokyo - abdominal breathing
• Reiki meditation that improves healing
• Advanced techniques for concentration
• The use of crystals and stones with Reiki
• Shuchu Reiki for concentrating the Reiki energy when more than one practitioner is healing
• Explanation of how Reiki allows you to remove negative psychic energy from yourself and others
• Reiki Mawashi for accelerating Reiki energy in distress situations

This level is required if you want to take Reiki Master/Teacher Level. We will practice and discuss the giving and receiving of a complete Reiki treatment using the level 3 symbol including the technique of doing Reiki with your mind, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.

 Fee: $300

USUI REIKI MASTER / TEACHER LEVEL is a two day intensive training session that includes the attunement for the Reiki symbols.  This level includes the follow lessons and techniques that are unique to classic Reiki:

• The complete Usui Reiki Master attunement
• Instruction on how to give Reiki attunements for Reiki 1, 2, 3 and complete Reiki Master Level
• Step by step practice of completing attunements
• Advanced Reiki meditation
• The values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master

A Reiki manual is included that gives detailed steps for giving all the attunements. We will practice giving attunements until you are confident.  This class is a powerful healing experience.  It is important that you set your intentions prior to the training session.

Practicing giving attunments over the following weeks after this level is essential as a Reiki Master. Please commit to this additional time practicing Reiki with members of your family or friends. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.
